I build complex products from polished interfaces to reliable production systems.

Full-Stack Product Engineer with five years in production. Most recently I have owned performance-critical APIs and offline-first field workflows for Ever.Ag, while building and shipping independent products and client platforms end to end.

Client work · Ever.Ag, through Deegloo

Faster reads for the office. Safer workflows in the field.

Ever.Ag runs a supply-chain platform for the dairy industry. Working through Deegloo, I owned two problems on it: an API read path that rebuilt a deeply nested aggregate on every request, and a field app in which five copies of the same custody workflow kept losing people’s work. The read model I built made production responses about 70% faster.

Side project · PadelScout, built and run alone

Where a model is allowed to write, and where it is not.

PadelScout compares padel rackets across retailers. Seven feeds describe the same racket seven different ways, and I am the only person who works on it, so the catalogue has to reconcile itself and be right. I built the deterministic identity layer that does that daily, and the four-role research pipeline above it: the model proposes sources and quotes spans, a verifier re-fetches every page to check the words are really there, and a registry, not the model, decides which publishers are entitled to be believed.

Racket research was split across retailers, spec sheets and reviews. PadelScout pulls specifications, retailer offers and price history into one indexable page per racket, with similarity-based recommendations. It went from nothing to paying for itself without a team, a budget or ads, and it now runs on about five hours a week.

Padel, training, travel. I built PadelScout because I was its first user.
