A white-label casino platform, delivered as a client demo with me as lead full-stack developer. Deposits could not settle inside one request: money moved through a database, an external service and a player who might walk away. I designed the two-phase settlement, the ledger and refund rules behind it, and the cashier players actually see.

Where a model is allowed to write, and where it is not.

PadelScout compares padel rackets across retailers. Seven feeds describe the same racket seven different ways, and I am the only person who works on it, so the catalogue has to reconcile itself and be right. I built the deterministic identity layer that does that daily, and the four-role research pipeline above it: the model proposes sources and quotes spans, a verifier re-fetches every page to check the words are really there, and a registry, not the model, decides which publishers are entitled to be believed.
